A luxury hotel group in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join their team. Responsibilities will include managing HACCAP procedures, maintaining high hygiene standards, and supporting a collaborative kitchen environment. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to ongoing skill development. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £11.85-£12.40, with additional benefits like discounted stays and meals.
Food Type: Fine dining and modern brasserie. Accommodation is available. Lakeside Hotel & Spa on the Southern shores of Windermere (1 mile from Newby Bridge) is owned by Classic Lodges. We have 73 luxury bedrooms, fine dining restaurant, brasserie, pool, spa and conference suite overlooking the lake. We have a friendly team and are looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to come on board.
At least 2 years’ experience as Chef de Partie or a comparable role. Attention to detail is a must, with the ability to work in a calm and professional manner whilst running your own kitchen section. Flexible approach, willingness to learn new techniques, ability to work independently as well as a true team player.
Hourly rate – £11.85- £12.40, depending on experience.
Full time, average of 40 hours per week.
