A leading hospitality provider in the UK is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join its team. The role demands at least two years of experience in a high-pressure kitchen environment. Candidates must have strong organisational skills and attention to detail to produce excellent food. Lakeside Hotel & Spa on the Southern shores of Windermere (1 mile from Newby Bridge) is owned by Classic Lodges. We have 73 luxury bedrooms, fine dining restaurant, brasserie, pool, spa and conference suite ‘overlooking nothing but the lake’. We have a friendly team and are always looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to come on board. Lakeside Hotel are currently recruiting for the position of Chef de Partie.
You will be an enthusiastic individual, passionate about your craftsmanship of producing excellent food, with at least a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Attention to detail is a must, with the ability to work in a calm and professional manner whilst running your own kitchen section. You will be flexible in your approach with a willingness to learn new techniques and the ability to work on your own as well as being a true team player.
