Lakeside Hotel & Spa on the Southern shores of Windermere (1 mile from Newby Bridge) is owned by Classic Lodges. We have 73 luxury bedrooms, a fine dining restaurant, a brasserie, a pool, a spa and a conference suite ‘overlooking nothing but the lake’. At least a minimum of 2 years’ experience, with an ability to work calmly and professionally while running your own kitchen section. Flexibility, willingness to learn new techniques, and a true team‑player attitude are essential.
Hourly rate – £11.85‑£12.40, depending on experience. Full time, average of 40 hours per week.
