The Job:
We’re seeking a motivated Chartered Surveyor with rural expertise to provide day-to-day and strategic estate management support across a varied portfolio. You’ll work directly with clients, tenants and stakeholders while helping to drive diversification, compliance and long-term value across key infrastructure assets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to combine classic rural surveying with large-scale strategic work, all within an ambitious and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage rural assets including renewals, rent reviews and maintenance coordination
• Handle Farm Business Tenancies and Common Law Tenancies
• Conduct inspections, valuations and tender management for lettings
• Engage daily with landowners, occupiers and stakeholders
• Provide portfolio strategy advice including diversification and disposals
• Ensure legal and policy compliance across all estate activity
• Mentor and support junior team members through APC / professional development

What We’re Looking For

• RICS Qualified (ideally with Registered Valuer status and CAAV probationer membership)
• Background in rural estate or asset management
• Strong understanding of agricultural legislation and tenancy frameworks
• Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence — travel required across portfolio locations
• Strong communicator and team collaborator with stakeholder confidence
