The job:

Opportunity for a Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing Building Consultancy team in Bristol, working on a wide range of commercial real estate projects. You’ll deliver core building surveying services, work closely with investor and occupier clients, and have clear scope to grow your technical, client-facing and leadership responsibilities.

Job duties:

• Deliver a full range of Building Surveying services, including:
• Dilapidations
• Contract Administration
• Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Manage and develop client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to business development and client retention.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Project & Development Services team on UK and European projects.

What we’re looking for:

• MRICS-qualified, ideally with at least 1 year PQE.
• Solid experience in core Building Surveying services.
• Commercially aware with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, methodical and able to manage a busy workload.
• Self-motivated, proactive and client-focused.
• Experience working with investor and occupier clients across multiple sectors.
