Change Manager – North Highland

We’re a leading change and transformation consultancy helping businesses move from strategy to reality. North Highland is seeking a Change Manager to support the delivery of critical operational technology programmes for our client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand the scope, objectives, and potential impact of technology programmes.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to effectively communicate, engage, and support affected stakeholders.
  • Identify and address potential barriers to adoption, resistance to change, and other challenges during transformation.
  • Provide guidance and support to the project team, ensuring change management activities align with overall programme delivery.
  • Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed to drive desired outcomes.
  • Leverage strong change management expertise, including experience in operational change, to lead the organization through significant transformation.
Desired Experience
  • Extensive experience in change management, with a proven track record of leading complex transformations, particularly in Consulting and Utilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing individuals at all levels.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including detailed execution of change management plans.
  • Familiarity with operational technology systems and processes, understanding challenges of system replacements and data model changes.
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach, effective in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Relevant educational qualifications or professional certifications in change management or project management.
Working Details

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom; North Highland does not sponsor visas. This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity via an umbrella company.
