Change Analyst – NHS Property Services Ltd

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Change Analyst join our team-based national with flexible working. The salary on offer is from £45,000 per annum with eligibility for our annual 10% bonus. This is an FTC up to 10 months.

About the role:

The Change Analyst applies the most relevant change approach to deliver activities that support colleagues through transitions. Working closely with project teams, the role ensures change initiatives are successfully implemented and sustained across impacted areas. A key focus is helping business functions embed change both pre and post-delivery, ensuring long‑term adoption and full realisation of business case benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Support change delivery by assisting key projects. This could be through conducting activities such as stakeholder analysis, communications & engagement, establishing a change network, and managing resistance to drive colleague adoption.
  • Work closely with project teams to conduct a change impact assessment and define the transition from current to future state.
  • Deliver clear, targeted communications and engagement activities to raise awareness and prepare colleagues for change, including calls to action.
  • Support in coordinating training activities & logistics.
  • Monitor colleague adoption to identify resistance and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in learning activities, share best practices, and contribute to the development of change management maturity across the organisation.

Pay & Benefits
  • Base pay: £45,000 per annum (subject to skills and experience).
