A leading technology firm in Dundee is seeking an Engineering professional to manage product certifications and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and experience in product testing. You will work closely with certification agencies and engineering teams to streamline processes. The compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 annually, with opportunities for career growth.
Are you a hard-working Engineering professional that enjoys pushing products to their limits? If so, we at Emerson have an exciting career growth opportunity for you! You'll be based in our laboratory in East Dundee, Illinois and under the guidance of our Director of Engineering. As a key member of our Engineering product development and certification team, you will acquire agency certifications and qualifications for Appleton’s world-class products to ensure they are the toughest, most reliable, and safest in the global heavy industrial and hazardous electrical products industry! You'll also be responsible for identifying the testing and performance requirements we need to ensure every new product launched into the market is worthy of Appleton’s century‑long brand history and Emerson’s name on the label.
You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. You identify the processes vital to get things done. You seek new approaches to solve problems. You partner with others to get work done. You adjust communication to fit the audience and the message. You experiment with a wide range of existing technologies while applying new and emerging solutions that can improve organizational outcomes.
We pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The total target comp range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 annually.
