Job summary

A financial services company in Swindon is looking for a Centralised Data Analysis consultant. You will provide cost analysis for Legacy Asset cases and ensure accurate information for suitability reports. This hybrid role involves working on site 3 days a week and requires strong knowledge of pension and investment products. Qualifications

  • Good understanding of FCA requirements for pension transfers.
  • Sound judgement ensuring impartiality and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Review ceding scheme information and complete analysis.
  • Ensure information is keyed accurately to standards.
  • Prioritise work to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Engage with advisors providing high levels of customer service.
  • Chase for outstanding requirements and review documents.

Job description

As a Centralised Data Analysis consultant you will work with Openwork financial advisers to provide a cost analysis for Legacy Asset cases submitted for analysis through the Asset Comparison Tool (ACP) and OWS, working within the agreed Service Levels set and in line with adviser needs.

You will analyse and input ceding scheme information to ensure the correct information is received and replayed in the Suitability Report. Ensuring that all cost information, features, and benefits are accurately keyed and represented in the analysis. Working to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and both regulatory and Openwork Sales Process standards at all times.

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, hybrid role, based in our Swindon office, with the requirement to be in the office 3 days a week.

Key Accountabilities
  • Review ceding scheme information, ensuring this is up to date and complete and completing the analysis for the adviser.
  • Ensure all information is keyed accurately and to regulatory and Openwork Sales process standards.
  • Ensure that work is prioritised, and all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Engage with advisors demonstrating high levels of customer service and partnership working.
  • Regularly chase advisers/providers for receipt of outstanding requirements and review documents received to determine if the analysis can be concluded.
  • To engage and be involved in the review and introduction of improvements to team processes and procedures.
  • Support the team manager, team leader, wider management team and colleagues, providing cover when needed.
  • To be engaged and get involved where required on projects/tasks, including business efficiency and continuous improvement.
What you need to succeed
  • Strong understanding of pension and investment products.
  • Previous experience of dealing with adviser and providers.
  • Knowledge of pensions & investment products, including safeguarded Benefits, SIPPs and Pension Crystallisation.
  • Good understanding of Financial Conduct Authority requirements for pension and investment transfers.
  • Awareness of Financial Conduct Authority, Treating Customers Fairy principles and general advice process.
  • Familiar with The Openwork Partnership adviser and network and/or other networks.
  • Sound judgement skills, ensuring impartiality and consistency.
  • Good problem solving, analytical and decision making
  • Ability to communicate, listen and negotiate effectively at a variety of levels using various mediums.
  • An attention to detail combined with high accuracy.
