Following an internal promotion, we are seeking a dedicatedAssistant Headteacherwith experience across Key Stages 1 and 2 to play a key role in the strategic and day-to-day leadership of our school. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued success and development of our community, ensuring the smooth and effective management of routines, systems and procedures.
This role is offered on a full-time basis, though some flexibility in working hours may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to uphold our high expectations and secure outstanding outcomes for all pupils, regardless of their starting points. You will promote an inclusive and positive ethos that fosters excellent behaviour, conduct and wellbeing for every pupil.
As part of a collaborative trust, you will also support cross-hub working, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute across multiple schools where required.
You will be an experienced and inspirational leader who is committed to continuous school improvement and to ensuring every pupil thrives. You will bring a proven ability to motivate and support colleagues, and lead by example.
