Purpose of Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for a qualified and compassionate CBT Therapist to join our dedicated Careline team at healthcare rm. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by delivering tailored 1:1 CBT interventions via secure video or phone, supporting individuals through life challenges, mental health concerns, or personal injury recovery. You’ll conduct initial assessments, guide treatment planning, and contribute to a stepped care model that values high-quality, client-centred care. Key Responsibilities:
Person Specification:
Experience of assessment, formulation and risk assessment, using routine clinical outcome measures
Demonstrable experience of working in psychological therapy/mental health services, across a broad range of mental health disorders. Have an awareness of occupational health and / or working with private medical insurance
Need to evidence ability to write clear and accurate English (GCSE English C or above)
Ability to use Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Good attention to detail
Strong Organisation skills
Post graduate diploma in High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy AND BABCP accreditation
