Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and serving meals according to specific dietary requirements.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
• Ensure food is stored, handled, and served safely.
• Support the kitchen team with general tasks, including dishwashing and restocking.
• Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner.

Requirements:

• Previous catering or kitchen experience is desirable but not essential.
• A passion for food service and care for the elderly.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations (training will be provided).
