We have an excellent opportunity for a self‑motivated and ambitious individual to join our friendly Procurement team!

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Category management: Responsible for material requirement planning, for product categories, ensuring just in time deliveries.
• Category management: Stock control of product categories, liaising with Brand Management and Warehousing, forecasting on peaks and troughs.
• Category management: Management of product deliveries and prior notifications for warehousing and logistics.
• Category management: Managing alternative products, from QA sign off, samples and stock management.
• Category management: Assist with system data input and receipting of goods.
• Supply chain management: Management of supply chain relationship for the category’s products.
• Supply chain management: Negotiate pricing with supply chain to obtain the best price, and quality products.
• Supply chain management: Responsible for pricing matrixes for product categories.
• Supply chain management: Maintaining relationships with current suppliers, whilst seeking new suppliers.
• Supply chain management: Ensure that all procurement activity and tender requirements are in accordance with the company’s processes.
• Supply chain management: Support the Senior Buyer with information for supply chain contracts and supply agreements.
