Salary: £10.00 - £12.21 per hour, depending on age
Location: Vale Resort & Hensol Castle
Contract type: Zero Hours, including days, evenings and weekends

About The Role

Working as part of the Events team you will provide exceptional service to our guests, exceeding expectations.

• Bar work including set up of the bar and close down
• Support the wider team with room set‑ups
• Approach and acknowledge all guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
• Maintain stock supplies throughout the functions.

• Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and an understanding of allergens desirable
