Job summary

A prominent investment technology firm is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their hybrid working environment in Edinburgh, focusing on day-to-day operations across various product types. Qualifications

  • Good understanding of the Investment Management industry.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues working to strict deadlines.
  • Domain knowledge of investment platforms, particularly the CASS environment.
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Operations delivery lead with business reporting.
  • Answering queries in a timely manner as a trusted team member.
  • Investigating and taking end-to-end ownership of cash processes.
  • Reviewing operational workflow and suggesting improvements.
  • Working closely with customer, product, and engineering teams.
  • Supporting training for new team members.
  • Assisting other areas of Operations as needed.
