We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication, organisational and secretarial skills to support the administration function for the Early Intervention in Psychosis Teams in North Warwickshire, South Warwickshire and Coventry. The role centres on planning and organising carer‑focused education support groups.

This unique and bespoke post enables the Early Intervention Teams to deliver specific interventions required as part of the 2016 NHS England Access and Waiting Time Standard. The position is split equally between all localities and based at the Manor Site in Nuneaton. Applicants may work from home and have flexible hours negotiated within core operational hours of 9‑5 pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update carer databases, ensuring data cleansing regarding KPI (key performance indicators).
  • Manage shared X‑drive and organise carer information.
  • Provide efficient administration service and secretarial support to clinicians and managers.
  • Support clinic management function and contribute to service improvements with a positive approach to change.
  • Liaise with team managers and clinicians to support key performance indicators, including completing dedicated tasks and using a database to send out invite letters to family members/carers.
  • Communicate with group participants, send necessary information and provide links to the group via Zoom.
Qualifications
  • GCSE level education with an administration NVQ or QCF or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel, Word processing, email and audio typing.
  • Desirable experience working within a health‑care setting.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work.
