Job Title: Care Worker
Agency: NuvoCare Ltd
Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Hours: Flexible / Casual / Zero-hours (up to 20 per week)
Salary: £12.50 per hour (enhanced rate for weekends & bank holidays)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide personal hygiene care (washing, dressing, oral care, grooming, toileting) with dignity and respect
  • Support with mobility and safe use of aids and lifting equipment, including safe manual handling when required
  • Assist with medication in line with training, policy, and care plans
  • Prepare or reheat meals, make drinks, and offer day‑to‑day support
  • Maintain a safe and tidy home environment
  • Offer companionship, reassurance, and meaningful conversation
  • Assist people to health appointments or shopping
Who You Are

A minimum of 1 year of care experience is required. We provide full training and support.
