A social housing provider in Belfast seeks a Care & Support Assistant for a fixed-term, maternity cover role. The assistant will promote the welfare and wellbeing of residents and encourage their participation in the scheme. Candidates should possess skills in English literacy, basic numeracy, and teamwork, with a willingness to undertake training. Competitive salary of £12.61 per hour, with additional employee benefits including on-the-job training and a health cash plan.
The Care & Support Assistant will deliver services that promote the welfare and wellbeing of residents and safeguard them from harm. They will also encourage resident participation in the life of the Scheme.
