A leading social housing provider in Lurgan seeks a Care & Support Assistant to assist residents' wellbeing through activity planning and personal care support. The role involves working in a team to deliver high-quality care services, requiring applicants to demonstrate essential skills in English and numeracy. The Care & Support Assistant – Activities will plan, coordinate and deliver a programme of activities in support of the cognitive and physical wellbeing of residents/service users.
Part of the role will also be to deliver care and support services which will help to promote the welfare and wellbeing of our residents and safeguard them from harm. This includes tasks such as assisting with personal care, supporting staff with mobility issues and ensuring that our resident’s dietary needs are met.
