Location: Richmond Villages Willaston, 261 Crewe Rd, Nantwich, CW5 6GX.

Salary: From £65,000 depending on experience, plus quarterly management bonus.

Job type: Permanent, 40 hours per week.

Job Description

Registered Care Home Manager (Clinical) responsible for the ongoing care of residents within the care home. Lead the teams, guide and support them to ensure safe and effective care is always provided. Ensure all units comply with CQC standards of care, maintain a safe environment, manage appropriate staff levels, lead on clinical governance, and work with senior professionals to strengthen clinical practice and resident care.

Develop strategy and direction for the village, create and develop strong relationships with local authorities, CQC and Primary Care Trust commissioners, acting as a trusted healthcare partner.

Key Skills / Qualifications

Clinical background with willingness to work towards or obtain a management qualification such as the Registered Manager’s Award.

Leader with experience of leading and developing a care setting, comprehensive experience in elderly care. Approachable, open, confident leader who empowers the team to deliver high standards of care.

Passionate about caring for others, putting residents at the heart of everything you do. Ability to lead by example, share clinical knowledge on quality improvement, and cultivate an open and honest culture.

DBS check required (cost covered by Bupa – £40).
