Job summary

A community-focused care organization in Beccles is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to manage care staff and maintain high-quality service delivery. The successful candidate will coordinate rotas, support customer communications, and ensure continuity of care. You should have a minimum of 1-year customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday with additional on-call responsibilities every other weekend.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required.
  • Experience in the care sector is essential.
  • Desirable: Experience managing people or working in a regulated care setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate rotas and allocate care/support staff.
  • Be the central contact for customers, families, and professionals.
  • Support new referrals, care planning, and customer communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and use electronic monitoring systems.
  • Line manage care/support workers and support with queries.
  • Monitor service delivery and resolve issues.
  • Take part in the weekend on-call rota.
