Job summary

A community-focused care organization in Beccles is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to manage care staff and maintain high-quality service delivery. The successful candidate will coordinate rotas, support customer communications, and ensure continuity of care. You should have a minimum of 1-year customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday with additional on-call responsibilities every other weekend.

Qualifications

  • Line manage care/support workers and support with queries.
  • Monitor service delivery and resolve issues.
  • Take part in the weekend on-call rota.

Care Coordinator – Beccles Branch

Full-time | Monday–Friday

Home Support Matters is looking for a highly organised and people-focused Care Coordinator to join our Beccles team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real difference in people’s lives.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate rotas and allocate care/support staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Be the central contact for customers, families, and professionals
  • Support new referrals, care planning and customer communications
  • Maintain accurate records and use electronic monitoring systems
  • Line manage care/support workers and support with queries
  • Monitor service delivery, resolve issues and elevate where needed
  • Take part in the weekend on-call rota (8 hours every 2 weeks either a Sat or Sun, no field deployment, managed from home. Paid in addition to salary at enhanced rate)
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • Good IT and administrative abilities
  • Customer service experience (1 year+)
  • Experience in the care sector
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and stay calm under pressure
