Additional Pay:Time and half on public holidays
Contract Type:Full-time / Part-time
Shifts Available:07:00–14:30 and 16:00–22:00

Your Role as a Community Care Assistant

• Supporting clients with daily tasks such as meal prep, medication prompts, and domestic duties.
• Assisting with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner.
• Providing companionship and supporting clients on outings.
• Encouraging clients to be involved in their care planning.
• Accurately recording visit details and care notes.
