Care Assistant Reablement – Xtreme Communications

Overview

This role supports vulnerable adults in the Oxfordshire area, mainly Cherwell, helping them regain independence after hospital stays. Teamwork involves early (7 am–3 pm) and late (2 pm–10 pm) shifts, with full reimbursement of travel time and mileage (40 p per mile).

  • £28,600 per year (gross)

Hours & Schedules

Full‑time, 40 hours per week on alternate weekends. Fixed two‑weekly schedules allow for predictable work‑life balance.
