We’re looking for compassionate and skilled Complex Care Healthcare Assistants to join our community-based teams in Ilford. Role Overview

Pay: £15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay – clearly itemised on payslips)

Shifts Available: Day and Night shifts

Contract Type: Zero Hours Contract – with consistent rostering to ensure continuity for both staff and clients

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in complex care (tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation, seizure management) desirable — full training provided

A genuine passion for person-centred care and community-based working

Experience supporting children and/or adults with complex health needs (preferred but not essential)

Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a strong desire to make a difference

Referral Bonus

As a thank you, we offer referral bonuses:

  • £150 for each Healthcare Assistant you refer
  • £250 for each Registered Nurse you refer

Bonuses are paid once your referral successfully completes 150 hours of work with us.
