Whether you're returning to work, changing careers, or starting fresh, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed, with full training, ongoing support, and both part-time and full-time roles available to fit around your life. No experience? No problem. If you have a caring nature and a desire to make a real difference, we’ll help you turn that into a rewarding and purposeful career.

CareRight’s Commitment to You:

  • Competitive pay: £13.00 – £15.50 per hour (Many full-time carers earn over £28,000 per year)
  • Enhanced pay rates for evening and weekend work
  • Weekly pay with paid travel time between visits, plus mileage reimbursement
  • Access to recognised qualifications, including NVQs, with clear opportunities for career progression as we continue to grow
  • Comprehensive induction and training programme
  • Supportive management and a workplace that values your contribution
  • 28 days paid annual leave (pro-rata)
  • Company phone and car options available (eligibility applies)

Your Role in the Community:

  • Support with daily living: Personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and general support
  • Build meaningful relationships: Offer companionship and conversation, provide emotional support, and help people feel safe and respected in their own homes
  • Promote independence: Enable individuals to live confidently and comfortably within the PL5 area

Where We Work:

We are currently delivering high-quality care across Teignbridge and Ivybridge, and we are now expanding into Tavistock and surrounding communities.

Join us at an exciting time of growth as we bring our trusted care services to new areas and help even more people remain safe, happy, and independent in their own homes.

What You’ll Need:

  • The right to work in the UK (we are not currently able to offer sponsorship)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred due to the nature of the role
