Location: Copper Beech Care Home, Eastbourne Road, Ridgewood, Uckfield TN22 5ST

Salary: £12.80 up to £13.80 per hour

Shift Pattern: 12‑hour shifts, 4 days, alternate weekend day and night shifts (must be flexible)

Job Description

• Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care and recognise and meet the specific needs of residents.
• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
• Be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
• Communicate with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals.
