Key Responsibilities

• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
• Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care and ensure documentation and reporting of any changes in accordance with required legislation.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
• Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
