Job Description

What you'll do

This rewarding role is for a compassionate and reliable care professional supporting a young girl with complex disabilities in her family home in Solihull. The client is non-verbal and is beginning to use an Eye Gaze communication device at home and school, so patience, attentiveness, and allowing plenty of time for her to respond are essential. She enjoys interaction, being read to, playing with her toys, cuddles, and taking part in structured activities planned by her mum, all of which support her development and well-being. While she enjoys watching cartoons in moderation, she also benefits from balanced engagement and occasional quiet time, particularly when spending time with her sister. This role is ideal for someone professional, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a home environment.
