An opportunity has arisen to join the Cardiac Investigations Unit as a Band 3 Administrator. The successful candidate will join the team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality cardiac care.
We're looking for someone organised, proactive, and confident using IT systems, with excellent communication skills.
To provide a fully comprehensive administrative service to CIU
To act as first point of contact for all forms of communication for the CIU team from patients and staff
To assist in the organisation of CIU team clinical workload and manage referrals and bookings
To work independently, prioritising and managing own workload quickly and accurately, responding to the needs of the tilb Department.
To report waiting list outcomes to senior management
