Job summary

A leading UK Partnership based in Bracknell is seeking an experienced professional for a key role in IT capacity and availability management. This permanent position comes with a salary of up to £75,000 and offers a hybrid working model. Responsibilities include leading capacity management processes, ensuring IT service continuity, and fostering stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong ITIL knowledge, leadership experience, and expertise in agile methodologies, contributing to the success of the Technology Shared Capability.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of ITIL (3 or 4) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience of working in a SIAM environment.
• Experience with working with offshore managed service providers.

Responsibilities

• Own and be accountable for the Capacity and Availability Management process.
• Provide leadership and stakeholder management.
• Accountable for ensuring continuity management and testing.
