What The Job Entails:
Campaign managers are the heart of the agency, responsible for executing high-level campaigns for various accounts. We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager and influencer marketing expert who has experience working with a host of brands (ideally across the tech field) and can bring operational, strategic, and analytical skills to run our campaigns.
We are in search of a proactive professional to manage the daily operations of several accounts and drive campaigns from initial planning through to final execution, constantly helping to build and optimise processes to continually improve our service and campaign delivery. This role requires someone who can consistently think ahead and creatively propose new activities and strategies to enhance client campaigns.
All team members contribute to new business by drafting proposals, presenting pitches, and generating leads. As well as commission on lead generation, there is also a spot bonus for the individuals who secure new business wins and existing client contract renewals.

You will have a direct hand in most of our client accounts, which all sit at between five and seven figures in annual spending.
Ultimately, your primary goal in this role is to take control of and perform successful campaigns for our clients, build relationships with them to upsell, work with our team, and allow our Founder to focus on securing new business. We want you to have a firm grasp over campaign delivery, constantly optimise processes, take the lead, and eventually be the lead/ director of an entire campaign management team within our agency, so there’s a lot of growth opportunity for you. Eventually, you would be able to build your own team but you will have a junior team member as soon as you join us!
