The Campaign Manager will lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of multi‑channel B2B campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. They will own campaigns end‑to‑end, working closely with sales, product, sector specialists, digital teams, and external partners to deliver measurable results.

This is a hands‑on role with responsibility for campaign strategy, briefing, execution, and performance across both direct and partner‑led activity, with a strong focus on digital channels in a regulated environment.

What that means day to day
  • Own end‑to‑end B2B campaign planning across priority segments, products, and channels.
  • Translate commercial goals (pipeline, revenue, retention, cross‑sell) into clear campaign briefs and execution plans.
  • Lead campaign delivery in a matrixed environment, working closely with sales, product, digital, content, and external partners.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across channels, including email, marketing automation, paid media, website/landing pages, and events.
  • Manage affiliate and partner‑led campaigns, including co‑branded activity and performance tracking.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for all campaign activity, ensuring alignment, visibility, and governance.
  • Track, report, and optimise campaign performance to improve conversion and ROI.
  • Ensure all activity complies with regulatory, accreditation, and brand requirements.
What you’ll need to be successful

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Campaign Manager within a B2B environment.
  • Strong track record of planning and delivering integrated digital campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience leading campaigns in a matrixed environment, influencing cross‑functional teams without direct line management.
  • Experience managing partner, affiliate, or channel‑led campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and campaign analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insight and action.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Desirable

  • Experience working closely with sales teams, including lead management and handover processes.
  • Exposure to agency and external partner management.
  • Understanding of SEO and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience operating in a regulated or highly governed environment.
