ABOUT THE ROLE

Award winning, Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK, with luxury cafés and farm shops in the Cotswolds, is looking for an engaging Café Team Member to join our team.

You’ll ideally have worked in a restaurant or café setting before and come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality. Our luxury cafes feature seasonal farm to fork dishes in a relaxed and warm setting, and as a Café Team Member you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our cliental.

SALARY: £12.38 per hour + tronc

HOURS: 36 hours including weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently and in accordance with hygiene and quality standards
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including tables, counters, equipment, and food prep areas
  • Handle payments and operate the till, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory, helping to keep the café well-organized and fully stocked
