The Jolly Miller Café is seeking an experienced Supervisor/Barista at our Croydon location. Offering work-life balance & flexible rosters.

We are looking for a Full-time Barista / Café Supervisor for our Croydon store who are team orientated, fast-paced, and have a passion for customer service! Applicants will be an experienced barista and work as a supervisor when the manager is not in store.

Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:

• Assisting with overseeing and supervising day-to-day operations
• Ensuring all staff are trained in accordance with Jolly Miller group specifications
• Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products
• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and be an exceptional role model for your team
• Foster an environment of respect, collaboration and teamwork within the store
• Follow all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies
• Barista duties including Latte art

Barista's who apply should be able to...

• Adjust and correct machine and grinder settings
• Have experience making all types of espresso coffee
• Produce consistent, high-quality coffee with Latte Art
• Deal with daily opening and closing of the coffee machine
• Supervise daily operations and large teams
• Work autonomously and as part of a team
• Have excellent presentation and customer service
