Job description
Working at QVC Group

Working at QVC Group means joining a live social shopping company with incredible teams, ambitious projects and amazing careers. QVC Group, Inc. is a Fortune 500 company with six leading retail brands - QVC®, HSN®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill® and Grandin Road.

Your Opportunity, Your Team

As a graduate at QVC UK, you'll be at the heart of a very different approach to retail. We sell on TV, across digital and on social, not in store, and that makes life so much more dynamic.

Graduate Scheme Overview

Over the 12‑month Graduate Scheme, you will be integrated into our buying and merchandising environment. You will have exposure across many other areas, including our e‑commerce, non‑live and broadcasting teams, across the year.

We’ll give you full exposure to our business. You’ll start with a panoramic view of the business and then apply your skills and energy where they’re best suited. You will rotate to experience our three main buying teams during your year with us, in Home, Fashion and Beauty. You will learn about what it takes to be a buyer at QVC, learn about a retail product lifecycle and work with vendors and brand management.

You will report to the Merchandising Training Specialist, who will support you along with an assigned Mentor and Buddy for extra support throughout your year.

Where You'll Work
  • This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our head office in Chiswick Park, West London 2 days per week.
What You'll Bring
  • You've already obtained (in the last two years) or are in the final year of your degree with work experience through placements, internships or university.
  • Trend‑aware, you’ll be passionate about products and working in a retail head office, putting our customer at the centre of all you do.
  • You will demonstrate that you are self‑motivated and flexible in your approach to learning about our business.
  • You’ll have the confidence to communicate with your team and the wider business.
  • At QVC, we welcome ideas, so the ability to think entrepreneurially and to get involved in a new project will be valuable.
  • You will also need good PC skills, Microsoft Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
  • You have the ability to present to your team or the wider business.
  • If you can bring all that, there’s a clear path for you to progress and develop, and we’ll help you on the way.
Applications Close

Applications close on 30th December 2025 and you must be able to start in September 2026.
