We are currently seeking a motivated Business Support Manager to join our team in London.

Job Summary:

As aBusiness Support Managerat LSY Engineering Consultants Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work on live ongoing projects while receiving support from a team of experienced professionals, ranging from graduates to chartered engineers. Your role will involve collaborating withour internal team, suppliersandclientsand manage internal systems. We are committed to supporting your professional development.

Requirements:
  • Managing accounts and Invoices on Xero and Workflow Max including payroll,invoicesand financial planning.
  • Helping with implementing business development strategies for growing practice.
  • Taking responsibility for marketing including social media, website, casestudiesand internal marketing plans.
  • Organizing company events, networking events,tripsand social plans.
  • Coordination ofCPD and trainingwith in-house staffand suppliers.
  • Ability to manage internal CRM systemWorkflowMax.
  • Managing company’s Quality Management Systems includingISO 9001 internal and external audits.
  • Bid management on tenders.
  • Preparing monthly meeting agendas, ability to attend internal meetingsand present.
  • Preparing tender packages and structural reports.
  • Data analysis on projects.
  • Work efficiency with good written English skills.
  • Completing work to agreed timescales,programand budgetary constraints.
  • Desire to work in team environment, both with other engineers, architects and with other professionals.
  • Ability to work under medium & low level of supervision.
  • Highly organised and ability towork on multiple tasks.
  • Experience at MS Office package.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Experience in data analysis ideal but not essential.
