A community organization in Reading is seeking a part-time Business Support Administrator to join their Adoption team. This role involves managing enquiries and providing essential administrative support to ensure high-quality adoption services. Candidates should have experience in busy environments, strong organizational skills, and be detail-oriented. The position offers a hybrid working model and a pro-rata salary between £14,415 and £16,485, with full-time equivalent salary being £24,243 to £27,725.

Location: Reading (Hybrid, one day per week in Reading office)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part‑time 22 hours per week, distributed over 3 or 4 weekdays
Role: The Business Support Administrator provides essential support to the adoption process, ensuring that our service is of high quality, safe and meets performance targets and service standards.

Salary: Pro‑rata salary range of £14,415 to £16,485 per annum (Full‑time equivalent £24,243 – £27,725 per annum).
