Company Background: Kyzen is a young, vibrant firm that provides tailored accountancy, tax, and advisory services to sports professionals across football, rugby, cricket, and more. We understand that managing finances and compliance can be a challenge for athletes with demanding schedules. That’s why we build trusted relationships with our clients — helping them navigate both their day-to-day financial needs and long-term goals. Role Overview: As a Business Operations Representative (Reception) at Kyzen Sports Accountancy, you will be the welcoming face of our firm and play a key role in the smooth running of our office operations. In addition to managing reception duties, you’ll support critical administrative and compliance processes, helping to maintain accurate client records and uphold the high standards of service our clients expect. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, personable professional looking to develop their administrative and business operations skills within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Front of House – Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a professional and welcoming first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls or messages to the appropriate team members.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling and maintain meeting room diaries.
  • Document & Compliance Administration – Coordinate with clients to collect, verify, and follow up on required documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Organize, catalog, and maintain client records and files both digitally and physically.
  • Monitor compliance checklists to ensure all documentation meets internal and external standards.
  • Operational & Office Support – Assist with day-to-day office tasks, ensuring the reception area and office environment are tidy, well-organized, and presentable.
  • Accurately input and update client information and financial data in our systems.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to support document workflows and ad-hoc administrative needs.
