WHAT YOU’LL DO

This Business Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting and driving strategic initiatives across the CBO (Chief Business Officer) organization and Braze. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving results in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Implement business processes and cadences that drive the successful execution of GTM initiatives, including new product introductions (NPI) and product launches.
  • Identify operational gaps and develop long‑term, scaling strategies.
  • Provide end‑to‑end project management for GTM initiatives, including stakeholder management, setting and monitoring of project milestones, data collection, and final delivery.
  • Ensure key stakeholders in Pricing, Product Marketing, Product, Finance and Legal are informed and aligned throughout, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to processes and procedures while keeping documentation updated.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization, and focus on achieving results quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain regular communication with cross‑functional leadership, sharing data‑driven insights and reporting on key performance indicators to measure impact and guide strategic decisions making.

  • An expert at prioritization: Experience (and an enjoyment of!) balancing numerous priorities and demands.
  • Team‑oriented: Energized by teamwork and skilled in cross‑functional collaboration.
  • High‑energy with a positive attitude: Motivated to work hard and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Operations, program management or project management experience in SaaS highly preferred.
  • Experience with global expansion strategies is a plus.
