We are looking to recruit a Business Intelligence Analyst who will be responsible for providing the UK Business Director and wider management team with accurate, insightful, and actionable data analysis. The role focuses on sales performance and market gap analysis, warehouse capacity and efficiency reviews, cancelled order analysis, and stock/ Material Requirements Planning (MRP) insights in support of the UK Stock Control Manager.

This position will be joining our thriving UK medical device manufacturing company to work within our UK Subsidiary across multiple departments focusing on sales, operations and market Insights.

The successful candidate will be able to utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SQL, Excel), and will also explore opportunities to apply AI and advanced analytics to improve forecasting, automation, and decision-making. Whilst also acting as system trainer and staff support resource, helping teams to understand and use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Power BI tools effectively.

Essential Experience/Qualifications
  • A degree in Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst within Sales, Supply Chain, or operations
  • Demonstrated experience with Power BI, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Desirable Experience/Qualifications
  • Experience or interest in applying AI and advanced analytics (e.g., predictive modelling, machine learning, process automation) to improve business forecasting, reporting, and operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) concepts and warehouse operations
  • Experience working directly with senior management teams
