Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, accurate, and actionable insights.
- Work with well-structured SQL data models from our Data Engineers, contributing to their ongoing refinement as business needs evolve.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to understand their objectives and deliver timely, impactful data solutions that support our growth.
- Integrate and analyse data from platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, PPC tools, and Salesforce.
- Support the Marketing Analytics Manager in fostering a data‑led culture and promoting self‑service BI.
- Define, document, and deliver KPIs and dashboards aligned with business strategy.
- Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement across the BI function.
- Desirable: Explore opportunities to apply AI and advanced analytics to enhance reporting and insight.
About You
- Proven experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI – you’re confident being the team’s go‑to expert.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data.
- Understanding of marketing and sales data, ideally with exposure to Google Ads, Google Analytics, PPC, and related tools.
- Experience working with or building reports in Salesforce, or another CRM.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to translate data into stories and actionable insights.
- Curious, detail orientated, and proactive in improving data quality and reporting efficiency.
- Nice to have: Experience with AI tools or predictive analytics.
- Nice to have: Knowledge and experience of implementing Google Tag Manager tagging and tracking pixels.
