A leading aerospace and defense organization is offering a Business Management Graduate Apprenticeship in Edinburgh. This four-year program combines paid training with a degree from the University of Strathclyde. Participants will work in planning or procurement teams, gaining hands-on experience while pursuing their studies. Candidates require 4 Higher Grades including Mathematics and English, and should ideally have a business-related subject background.

The four‑year Business Management Graduate Apprenticeship scheme in Edinburgh allows you to study at the University of Strathclyde for a Business Management BA (Hons) degree through a mixture of work‑based learning, distance learning and day release at the university.
During the programme you will work in one of Leonardo’s Planning, CS3 or Procurement teams, applying learning to real projects and contributing to the business while specialising in one of its sectors.
Starting salary: £21,525 per year.

This role is subject to pre‑employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls, referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV), may apply; this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV). Applicants must be eligible for UK Security Clearance, normally to the level of Security Check (SC) for our business, which includes a minimum of five years permanent residency in the UK.
