Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manage business development and customer accounts across the UK and Europe, with full ownership of retention, acquisition and growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various sources including cold calling, networking and market research.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline and revenue generation to the line manager.
- Maintain an effective regional CRM database, ensuring data integrity, compliance and smooth customer onboarding.
- Develop and execute sales campaigns in partnership with QE Marketing to strengthen presence across the region.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations independently or with the line manager.
- Create, negotiate and close proposals, contracts and documents for regional charter and Block Hour Agreements.
- Conduct in-person meetings to qualify leads and build strong customer relationships.
- Maintain structured account plans outlining strategy, sales activity, resource allocation, timelines and progress.
- Strengthen loyalty and retention using a full sales toolkit aligned to QE’s charter and Block Hour growth strategy.
- Represent QE at industry forums and events to enhance visibility and relationships.
- Support Commercial Leadership with quarterly business reviews and updates.
- Monitor competitor pricing and activity and provide timely intelligence to the line manager.
Qualifications
- Commercially astute, internationally minded sales professionals ideally with strong experience in charter and Block Hour sales across global markets.
- Experience working with data and CRM systems.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Demonstrated sales success in business jet charter, aircraft sales or related aviation sectors.
- Strong knowledge of business aviation, charter sales, block hours and fractional models.
- Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, with experience engaging Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals, corporate and government stakeholders in multicultural environments.
- Deep understanding of the European market landscape.
