Lucas Systems is currently seeking a Business Development Representative for our office in Bracknell, UK. Along with Sales & Marketing leadership, you will drive predictable, metrics-driven, inbound/outbound lead generation results in the UK & EMEA. We are looking for someone to be ‘hands‑on’ engaging mid‑level and senior executives in our target market to include account research and prospecting, inbound & outbound lead qualification. Lucas offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, so the candidate must bring high energy, curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency to the position.
The role is hybrid in our Bracknell office - 3 days on site / 2 from home.
