Location: UK remote

Team: Growth & Commercial

OTE: £40,000-45,000 + up to £15,000 commission

Summary
  • In this role, you will report to the Growth Director as well as work closely with the Commercial & Product teams.
  • As the first BDR in the region, you will lead strategic growth campaigns while working with our experienced Account Directors.
  • Earn up to £60,000 per year (up to £45k base + £15k commission).

As the first point of contact to the market, the insights you gather will be crucial in helping our Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams learn and improve. You could have a real impact on the growth and product development of nPlan from day one!

  • Think creatively: Getting through to clients is harder than ever. Can you think outside the box, leverage market intelligence, identify, and contact a prospect with a compelling message?
  • Communicate complex ideas: Understanding the power of AI is not easy for everyone. Can you break through the complexity to show our clients nPlan’s true value?
About you
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales development in Enterprise B2B SaaS technology
  • Learn quickly and adapt to new challenges and expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the latter evidenced through your questionnaire response.
  • A desire to learn and improve, and the commitment to follow through.
  • Have strong experience with sales tech stack.
