Our London property team is actively seeking an outside sales representative to promote all National Corporate Housing services to new and existing clients.This is a hybrid role, primarily based between central London and our office in Ealing. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will work with a market team and be part of a respected sales force. Your role involves using a strategic selling approach to market our local housing products to decision-makers within businesses that match NCH’s ideal client profile. The companies will mainly have inbound housing needs within your regional support area, but you will collaborate with a global team and allies across the world. The ideal candidate will have a professional image, strong communication, business development, and customer service skills.

At National Corporate Housing, we support our BDRs with a dedicated lead generation specialist to assist in researching potential leads within targeted verticals. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a local market team and report to the Regional Director to focus sales efforts on generating profitable business opportunities throughout the year.
  • Drive revenue through new business opportunities using a consultative selling approach.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their strategic initiatives and create maximum economic impact for their organization.
  • Expand existing client revenue by presenting all product and service lines to different segments within each organization.
  • Manage and implement referral and strategic property management programs with targeted local properties and property management companies.
  • Handle multiple sales cycles and client portfolios efficiently.
  • Maintain all sales activities and progress within CRM systems.
  • Utilize analytical skills, industry trends, and client analysis to forecast revenue growth.
  • Develop and sustain long-term professional relationships at various organizational levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 3-5 years of professional sales experience.
  • Strategic thinking skills to systematically solve problems and hypothesize customer pain points, expectations, and needs. Ability to brainstorm with team members to devise solutions for complex deal challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored to customer needs, with the ability to drive negotiations confidently.
  • Must be a proactive hunter with strong business development capabilities.
  • Ability to offer and implement creative solutions during the selling process.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
  • Ownership mindset—driven to complete tasks and achieve results, with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to set clear, realistic, and time-bound objectives aligned with business growth.
  • Reliable transportation; travel may be required.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.
