Job description
* Promote/sell sourcing products and services via the telephone / remote* Contribute to the sales and adoption of Xplan mortgage* Respond to incoming sales calls and identify and act upon potential sales opportunities.* Proactively liaise with Head of Business Development and other team members with regard to Key Accounts as required e.g. specific sales campaign support, Zoom training sessions etc.* Undertake on-line training via zoom, to demonstrate the benefits of the sourcing products, in support of Sales and Account Management activities.* Contacting any clients who have requested to cancel their licence in a bid to retain them as customers.* Where required and justified visit clients onsite to conduct group training on sourcing products.* Cross sell and up sell Value Added Services with suitable accounts.* Perform outgoing sales calls in support of marketing campaigns to support the adoption and up-sell of products and services.* Support marketing with outbound calls to clients in order to generate registrations for Iress events and contact clients following the events to follow up on sales/training opportunities.* Explain the benefits and provide an overview of Iress sourcing products in comparison to competitor products.* Using the in-house customer (CRM) database, proactively identify sales leads and progress.* Contact clients to gather feedback on new products and services on behalf of Product Management team.* “Farm” existing customers to proactively sell add-on services and products.* Create/manage own day-to-day lead activity and communicate to relevant stakeholders.* Ensure knowledge of all products and services on sourcing systems is kept up to date Job.* Ensure that Industry and regulatory knowledge is kept up to date.* Create necessary customer data records on the in-house database as potential leads.* Ensure irresolvable customer queries and problems are referred/escalated to the correct department.* Provide face-to-face sales support at relevant events and road shows throughout the UK.* Contact all non-managed new accounts so that the emergence of new networks and large IFA firms can be monitored.* Remotely manage non-allocated networks and large IFA firms so as to maximize our income and handle day-to-day enquiries and issues.* Negotiate with the Head of Business Development appropriate multi-user discounts.* Use intelligence gained from routine activities and existing knowledge of customer base to devise possible campaigns and targets for specific product areas and, where appropriate, undertake trial campaigns to establish scale of opportunity.* Proven sales ability.* Strong team player.* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.* Ability to work on own initiative – self-motivated.* Computer literate.* Knowledge of the financial services market Knowledge of Exchange Portal and Trigold systems and the associated products and services.* 8 paid days per year to extend your weekends + 25 days annual leave* State-of-the-art offices* Free on-site gym in our Cheltenham office open 24/7* New Short-Term Incentive and Recognition program* Casual dress, flexible work policy* Access to learning and development programs through LinkedIn Learning* 3 days’ leave per year for charity initiatives* Starting school leave - 8.5 days of leave to assist your kids with the transition to school* Life Insurance & Private Medical* Up to 26 weeks’ paid parental leave for primary carers (up to 4 weeks for secondary carers), and the ability to work part-time when returning to work
