Business Development Manager – Powerforce GB

Join to apply for the Business Development Manager role at Powerforce GB.

Salary: £27,000 to £36,000 per annum + company car

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Crawley, Brighton, Leatherhead, Woking and surrounding areas

Responsibilities
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across OOH sectors: leisure, healthcare, education, workplace, and defence sites
  • Visiting sites such as soft play centres, theme parks, universities, canteens and contract caterers to pitch and activate opportunities
  • Influencing decision‑makers with range advice, merchandising support and display solutions (FSDUs, countertop units, POS)
  • Supporting product launches, sampling and seasonal activations (e.g. Freshers events)
  • Using data and insight to advise on visibility, availability, and points of interruption
  • Managing diary effectively to balance prospecting, meetings, and activations
  • Recording activity via tablet and keeping organised client records (Excel/spreadsheets)
