A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Responsible for driving and managing daily sales activities from Corporate room nights to Meetings and Events.
  • Building and growing long-term business relationships with key clients.
  • Actively getting out to meet clients and bringing business into the hotel.
  • Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance.
  • Representing voco — the fastest growing premium hotel brand in the world & The INUA Hotel Collection an ambitious Irish hospitality group at local and external events.
  • Working with autonomy, support, and leadership that values pace, ownership, and results
This is a results-driven role with a strong base salary, clear incentive scheme and commission structure that rewards performance. If you deliver, you earn.
What we need from you:
  • Proven experience in sales, sales experience in hospitality or tourism is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends.
  • Strong ownership of your numbers and meet clear targets.
  • Confidence in relationship led selling.
  • An incredible communicator who works collaboratively with others.
  • Access to a car to attend client meetings.
